Before entering the world of business, Frank enjoyed a successful and varied military career, including such accolades as being the only British serviceman to ever command the data communications centre at NATOs Supreme Headquaters Allied Powers Europe.
Frank was also honoured with the British Empire Medal in the Queen's Birthday Honours for his exceptional management during the first Gulf War. This task entailed managing the procurement, distribution, control, accountability and safe disposal of a whole spectrum of supplies necessary for a divisional headquaters of 2,300 soldiers distributed over an area 3 times the size of the United Kingdom. |
